UFest is proud to welcome many diverse vendors to our festival! With thousands of people attending each day, becoming a vendor at UFest can be a very exciting and lucrative experience.

Vendor applications are NOW OPEN and being accepted until February 28, 2026.

NEW for 2026 is a special category for Crafters! The Crafter’s Nook is an opportunity for those creating unique, handmade goods to showcase and sell. More details and criteria can be found in the Crafter’s Nook Application.

Community Pavillion

The UFest Community Pavilion is a prime opportunity for not-for-profit organizations serving the Ukrainian community to connect with thousands of attendees. Located in a high-traffic area, it offers a dedicated table, marketing exposure, and event support.
